Anyone But You was made for $25 million and has a good chance of making a lot of money in the first week. It had made $1.2 million on its first day. And another $2.2 million on the second day.
On December 24, producers expected it to gross $7.5 million in its four-day opening weekend, but it only made $1.2 million on Thursday preview.
According to Buzzing Pop, “Anyone But You’, starring Sydney Sweeney & Glen Powell, debuts at #4 at the box office with $9 MILLION over the four-day Holiday weekend.“
Anyone But You has collected $8.5 million till date 24 December, and it’s overall collection will be around $50 million.
Storyline of Anyone But You
Anyone But You Box office: Bea, a law student at Boston University, meets Ben at a coffee shop. They are both attracted to each other, making the day memorable by living together and sleeping together at night. Bea leaves Ben without waking him up the next morning, and they do not see each other for six months.
They met a few months later at the wedding of Bea’s sister and her lesbian partner Claudia. They become envious of one another, complicating their relationship. At the end of the film, they meet again and become couples.
